Acquired a portfolio of 46 medical related assets (hospitals, medical office buildings, cancer centers) representing over 1.8 million square feet.

Grew to become the nations' largest privately held portfolio of medical real estate in two years from 2006 to 2008.

Continues to own and operate 1.29 million square feet of medical office real estate throughout the United States with various institutional equity partners.

In June, 2008, acquired two CyberKnife® Cancer Centers at Roper Hospital (Charleston, SC) and Mercy Hospital, (St. Louis, MO). The Cyberknife has been validated and proven in numerous peer-reviewed publications and was cleared by the FDA in 2001.

In the field of radiation oncology, the CyberKnife® is universally recognized as the premier radiosurgery system that can treat tumors anywhere in the body with sub-millimeter accuracy.

Launched the ZERONA body contouring device in June 2009 and built a network of over 700 physicians, placing more body slimming lasers in the least amount of time in the history of aesthetic medicine.
